They’re hard to see because they are subjective obstructions -- obstructions constructed by our own issues oftentimes subconsciously. Yet OUR blind spots are glaringly obvious to other people.
If we’re lucky enough and if we’re open enough, we have people in our circle of trust that will alert us to our blind spots. Once we wrestle our egos out of our way, what these blind spots reveal can be a real education.
